I partnered with staff and principal engineers to define standards, convert them into enforceable CI checks, and document adoption expectations for engineering teams.

Approach

We shipped versioned service templates, codified minimal operational requirements, and integrated policy checks into pull request and release workflows. Adoption was tracked with monthly compliance reporting.
