When using the contact form, the following data may be processed: name (optional), email (optional), phone (optional), message (required), and technical security data (IP address, timestamp, rate-limit metadata, and anti-spam token).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed to handle your inquiry and to protect the form against abuse. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

4. Retention period

Contact form requests are not stored in a separate application database. Messages are delivered only by email and deleted after 180 days at the latest, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Recipients and processors

Service providers are used for hosting, email delivery, anti-spam checks, and rate limiting. This includes Vercel, Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Upstash. Processing may also take place outside the EU.

6. Your rights

You have rights to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection in certain cases. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
